WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH JS STAIRLIFTS & MOBILITY AIDS?

WHAT WARRANTY DO I GET WITH MY STAIRLIFT?

With all stairlifts a minimum of one year warranty will be given, which includes all call-out's, parts and labor plus one free service.

HOW MUCH DOES A STAIRLIFT COST TO RUN?

A stairlift uses very little electricity, only enough power to keep the batteries charged, typically this is no more than a dvd player.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF BREAKDOWN?

If your stairlift happens to breakdown or you require any assistance with your stairlift, call are helpline on 01634-323188 and we will allocate an engineer to come and repair your stairlift. We are on hand 24hours a day 365 days per year.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A POWER FAILURE, WILL I BE STRANDED?

Most stairlifts are battery powered and will continue to work even if you have a power cut. JS Stairlift choose stairlifts designed for safety, smooth power delivery and the ability to operate normally during a power failure. A fully charged battery will complete, approximately 15 to 20 full trips (up and down) on an average staircase.

MY STAIRCASE IS QUITE NARROW. WILL A STAIRLIFT FIT?

Staircases come in many shapes and sizes! It's often possible to construct 'infill boxes' or use two straight stairlifts. Any one of these options is much cheaper and more readily available than a curved stairlift. And you will save yourself money and time.
